AVS 5.6 make for automatic processing RTG intra-oral photos 3x4. At the same time is able to skirt developing suit it is developing, rinse, fixing and final rinse until 5 photos at a time.
AVS 6 is a little modification newer version of even apparatus.
Implementation:
In plastic bodily are set 4a little chambers for working bath. Rotaring chamber with photos step by step goes through all baths. For better qualities are photos in every baths vibratoring movement of hanger washing.
Every activity of apparatus governs microcomputer with automatic protraction or truncating time procesing according to temperature baths. Abidance time of photos in working baths is determination of producer´s recommendation for processing RTG photos FOMA Hradec Kralove. At 20°C temperature of developer is processing time 5 min.,at 30°C 1 min. These value aplies in position 2 commutator "TIME". In position 1 of presentation commutator developing time is decreasing about 1 min., regarding position 2. Fixing time is 1 min. Baths are automatically warming on temperature 23°C. Temperature measures temperature-sensitive element,which push in wall of developing chamber.
After closure all process, photos chamber return to the starting position. Process whole operation is indication LED diode and acoustic.
Signal LED „developer“, „ fixative“ shining, if is chamber in these baths.
LED „engine running“ shining, if drive runs and blink, if is chamber in rinse waters.
LED „temperature“ make light, if is through warming achievement temperature 23°C.
LED „end“ shining, if is chamber in right normal position, thereby ready for others cycle.
