FLAP K3 / 220 N (L), K2 / 220 N (L)
FLAP is destiny for switching flow of loose masses on 2, 3, 4 and more various roads.
FLAP is composed of two parts: frame and rotary pipe for switching trafic roads. Frame is made from steel square profile 30x30x2 mm. Rotary pipe is designed according to the average 159, 219, 350 mm etc. with thickness from 4 to 8 mm. In case of the abrasive wear is possible this pipe easily change without removal whole mechanism and piece of piping system.
FLAP is controlled by servo-drive. Time flap´s dislocation from one's extreme position
to the second is about 10 sec. FLAP can be used not only for switching flow but also for trafic roads closing. In case of control by servo-drive
with line RS 485 separate positions isn´t necessary equip with position sensors. Between rotary circular board and bottom frame board is
set sliding plastic material for easily mechanism oparation.
